The Lightning is the signature table within the range, featuring an eye catching lightning bolt Z shaped leg design that will create the perfect centrepiece within your home or commercial environment.
The Z Leg Base supports a plywood laminated cabinet and top frame which is available in a variety of colours as standard including Gloss White, Gloss Grey, Matt Black and Monaco Grey with further options to individualise and customise the tables finish.
Best of Both Worlds?
The Lightning has the added benefit of being able to transform into a dining table thanks to the matching 2 piece table tops that come as standard or the 2 piece grey tinted glass tops for a modern appeal. You will find ample leg room thanks the the narrow depth of the cabinet and the centralised positioning of the Z leg base (narrower than similar models). With the absence of metal corners, this helps disguise the pool table as a dining table when the tops are placed on the table as are not visible.
Ball Return System
The Lightning is fitted with a English style ball return system which is set up to keep noise to a minimum which helps when playing in the evening not to disturb other family members or neighbours when you play. In addition, the ball collection area is accessed by a discreet drop down door at one end of the table unlike many models were the opening is exposed, spoiling the look of the table.
The table is fitted with hidden golf rubber levellers on the underside of the Z leg base to ensure the table can be set up correctly and adjusted if required over time. The cushion rubbers are that of commercial quality tournament tables in addition to the 19 mm slate playing surface ensures maximum playability. Choice of any colour/material of cloth from respected cloth mills including Hainsworth, Strachan and Simonis.
The Lightning is available in 7ft English Pool and comes as standard with x2 Ash Pool Cues, Aramith Pool Balls, Triangle and Chalk as standard with the option to include additional matching accessories.
Delivery and Installation is inclusive in the price (surcharge for remote areas and/or upstairs/downstairs installs).
Option to include additional Matching Benches and Cubes with numerous colours of upholstery. Both the benches and cubes are great space savers as can be pushed underneath the table when not in use. The Cubes are ideal for the ends of the table to accompany the benches at the sides but can equally be used as an alternative to the benches. In addition the Table Top Stand secures your tops, ensuring no damage whilst playing pool and the Lightning Pool Cue Stand holds and protects your pool cues. This also helps complete the look of your room as the stands will match your table.

After listening to feedback from our customers we are now able to offer a darker shade of grey Smart napped wool cloth known as Pewter. The cloth colour is almost identical to the American style Charcoal coloured Hainsworth Elite Pro cloth. One of our more popular cloth colours and available across all our range of English pool tables.
Match Cloth
A tournament standard very fine napped wool cloth that delivers the professional playing experience by providing spectacular speed and cue ball control.
The cloth of ACBS, Match Room Snooker, SPA, BAPTO, EUKPF, the World Pool Championships, French Grand National, British Open and many other tournaments.
Available in 3 different colours – Green, Blue & Silver.
Simonis Cloth
Simonis cloth is more commonly fitted on American Pool Tables and is very similar to Strachan 861 with a much faster playing surface. This hybrid cloth is made from both traditional wool and nylon to combine the benefits of both speed and durability. The choice of players in the modern era is leading towards napless cloths and Simonis is used in over 90% of the World’s pool tournaments, including the Mosconi Cup, World Cup of Pool, World Pool Masters, and World Pool Championships.

Superpool Pool Table Delivery
Your pool table will be delivered and installed by a minimum of 2 experienced fitters nationwide.
Delivery & Installation
Our skilled team of fitters will deliver your pool table to the ground floor of your property in component form and assemble the pool table in your room. The table will also be professionally levelled. If you require the pool table to be installed above or below ground this can be done for an additional charge. We strongly advise utilising this service for peace of mind and a timely professional build so you can shoot some pool straight away.
For tight staircases and room openings or attics/basements a dry build/flat pack pool table may be the only option for installation. If you think this applies regarding your property please contact the showroom and our experts can discuss and advice the best course of action.

Superpool tables are generally all made to order and take on average 6-8 weeks for delivery/installation in England & Wales.
Some custom options can increase the lead-time to 8-12 weeks on occasion.
On occasion some models/finishes are available on a quicker turnaround, its is best to contact the showroom if you require the table promptly.

A date and time will be provided 2 to 3 days prior to delivery of your pool table and will be a weekday delivery.
Scotland
FMF Pool Tables will be on average 8-10 weeks for delivery/installation in Scotland.
Some custom options can increase the lead-time to 10-14 weeks on occasion.
On occasion some models/finishes are available on a quicker turnaround, its is best to contact the showroom if you require the table promptly.
The timescale can vary for remote regions in the Highlands/Islands, see our terms and conditions for more information.
A date and time for delivery will be provided for bespoke tables upon arrival at our warehouse. Tables are delivered Monday – Friday between 9am to 4pm in Scotland.

At Home Pool Tables we provide the option to include a set of Snooker Balls (Standard & Aramith quality) for a variation of games.
If selected you have the choice to have your pool table marked accordingly with a ‘D’ at the top of the table and spots placed for respective coloured snooker balls.
The set also includes a Snooker Triangle and 2 Player Scoreboard.
Please note. Snooker Balls will be the same size as your Pool Balls.
