FMF Elixir
This Elixir Rustic Oak pool dining table really highlights how to use the breadth of options to create a pool table that suits the room. The rustic oak finish matches the wood floor, and the orange cloth pairs well with the other fabrics in the room like the settee. We really like how controlled the use of colour is throughout the room. Since this is a pool diner we think it would look great if you put it in dining table mode – this model has no metal corners so when the hard tops are on it’s tricky to see that the beautiful, solid timber dining table is secretly a pool table! One last thing we’d like to draw attention to is the fantastic use of custom pool balls to maintain the strong aesthetic of the room. We let you pick from 13 different colours for your group balls (traditionally your reds and yellows) and even offer silver or gold options for the black ball – this lets you use black as a secondary colour as they have masterfully done here.
Supreme Winner
This is a Supreme Winner with the Rustic Black finish. We really like the choice of finish and how it pulls the room together. It closely matches the wood of the bar and ties in the sofa, walls and furniture. The room is already a very cool home cinema & bar but it’s elevated with a pub-style pool table. This table embodies our ethos, the cloth is the iconic powder blue Strachan 861 so you know they’re getting a game of pool that rivals the pros while in their home bar and able to watch what ever film or sports they want.
Optima Toulouse
This Optima Toulouse is a personal favourite install of ours. It’s a great lesson in how to select options that suit the room. The Toulouse pool table comes in several finishes but if you go with a wood finish that doesn’t match the kind and grain prevalent in the room it can look incongruous. Instead of pairing the finish with the floor they’ve instead gone for a gold pool table cloth that perfectly suits the warm tones of the floor. And, then they matched the finish to the black leather furniture. A pool table is always going to be a statement piece and important to properly incorporate into the room. We think this example shows off a simple elegant method of doing so that’s only possible with the huge breadth of choice we offer.
FMF Xcalibur
We don’t think it’s hard to make the FMF Xcalibur pool dining table look good. But we do think this one looks particularly great. The unique X metal legs are always going to hit the mark, but we love how they connect to the patterned floor. Sometimes less is more and it’s fantastic how they’ve used a limited colour palette. The finish pairs with the wall, the legs with the room’s accents and the silver pool table cloth pairs with the floor. As a pool dining table, you can imagine this one as either a modern and cool dining table or maybe a conference room table where they plan their cutting-edge business strategies.
Gatley Newbury
This is the Gatley Newbury pool table in an Italian Grey finish. It’s a personal favourite but giving the pool table all the credit feels like cheating. It’s one of the most beautiful rooms we’ve ever seen. The pool table is a real statement piece as the finish dares to clash with the décor but the choice of cloth makes it bold and daring rather than distracting. The way the American Green cloth matches the plant feature and outdoor greenery is magnificent.
